Bible lessons, worship and fun.
Learning to love Jesus, studying the Bible, praying for each other and worshipping together are the foundations of our children’s ministry. And we have fun in the process! Hope Chapel provides children’s classes during its 10 AM service each Sunday. Learn more ›
Sunday Morning Classes
10:00 AM Classes begin promptly at 10:00 AM for children ages birth to 5th grade.
One of the spiritual milestones for kids at Hope Chapel is a public confession of their faith and a baptism ceremony. As preparation, Pastor Matthew Ryniker teaches a foundational class on the meaning and significance of baptism.
Designed for children aged eight and older, Matt’s class is designed to help parents and kids determine together if this is the right year for baptism. Because of this, parents are asked to attend class with their children each week and childcare for younger siblings will be provided upon request.
Classes will meet on August 7 and 14 in the Family Room. We’ll start at 9:30 and be done no later than 11am.
Contact Hala if you have more questions or would like to sign up for the class.
We are happy to be able to provide in-person classes for kids of all ages on Sunday mornings! Here’s what to expect when you arrive this Sunday.
Note: Children are not required to wear masks while at Hope Chapel.
When you arrive, ask someone to point you to the Coffee Shop. There you will find the HopeKids kiosk and check in station. One of our friendly volunteers will be glad to get you registered and checked in for the morning.
Classes for Babies, Toddlers and Twos begin just before 10am and older kids will be released to their classes after worship; just listen for the special song.
What COVID precautions are we taking? Our large classrooms are cleaned and disinfected often. Hand sanitizer is available in abundance, and teachers are wearing face coverings while in class.
Remember: if anyone in your home has been sick, your whole family should stay home this week.
Hope Chapel has been chosen as a pre-release location of the new movie, The Pilgrim’s Progress. We’ll play on the playground and eat dinner outside starting at 5. The movie will begin at 6:15 in the sanctuary. Bring a friend!
