  1. MOPS@Hope Spring Registration is Now Open

    Here at MOPS@Hope, we gather and support moms. We believe in the simple but revolutionary idea that remarkable things happen when moms come together. Our acronym stands for “Mothers of Preschoolers” because MOPS began in 1973 when a group of moms with young children banded together to share their lives and parenting journeys. Over the past 48 years, MOPS has expanded our community to include moms with school-aged kids. In addition, we are partnering with churches and organizations worldwide to equip and encourage moms in more than 70 countries.

  2. Kids Worship Practice

    The Kids Worship team members are invited to join us for our monthly practice session on the first Saturday of each month. We start at 10 and end by 11:30. Bring your N2Worship binders and portable instruments and join us!

  3. “A Future and A Hope” Conference Feb. 25-26

    Friday & Saturday, Feb. 25-26 at First Baptist Georgetown (1333 W. University Ave, Georgetown, TX)

    You are invited to A Future and A Hope Conference, which has been a part of the Austin adoption community for over a decade. Learn more about foster care, adoption, and trauma-informed care at AFAH 2022’s A Seat at the Kid’s Table with keynote speakers, Dr. Clarence Hill and Dr. Rosaria Butterfield.

    Breakout sessions for everyone! Sessions for exploring foster care and adoption, for post-adoptive families, kinship caregivers, and sessions for those who care about the social issues in our community are offered.

    Cost: $30 for Friday, 6-9:00 PM; $30 for Saturday,  9:00 AM-3:30 PM; $50 for both days. Childcare is provided by reservation, but limited. Childcare will close when capacity is reached, or on Feb 9th.

  4. Retreat 2022 SAVE THE DATE!

    Ladies!

    Retreat 2022 takes place April 29 – May 1st. Prayers are being prayed and plans are being made. We anticipate a bigger turn out next year so make plans to attend and be ready to sign up in February 2022.

    We’d love to know if you are planning to attend. Please follow this link to REALM to let us know you’d like to attend, THIS WILL NOT SAVE YOU A SPOT. We simply want to know if you intend on coming so we can plan well. Registrations open in February 2022. More info coming in the NEW YEAR.

    This event will be our quarterly Heart-to-Heart event and it’s going to be great for you gals who keep saying you’d love to get to know more women at Hope. And for you ladies who need a night away from putting them babies to bed or you ladies who need a break from studying for exams! Truly, this will be a light-hearted evening where we hope you walk out knowing a few girls… and being known by a few… a little better than you did when you walked in.

    Come join us for an easy-but-yummy Taco Salad Potluck Dinner and some fun!  All women are invited.

  6. Lunch with our Workers

    Our friends have finally made it back stateside after quite a long Covid lockdown in Asia, and they are so excited to be with us! Even if you’re new to Hope, or don’t remember them, I encourage you to stay after the service Oct 24 to hear some encouraging and hopeful God stories.
