  3. Safe Families Host Home Information Dinner

    Community Updates
Join Mandy Ryniker, Foster Adopt Director, on February 28th from 6pm – 7:30pm at Hope (during Family Night) for dinner and great conversation! We’ll explore the topic of becoming a Safe Families Host Home – these singles, roommates or families open their homes to host a child/children for short, predetermined lengths of time (on average 4-6 weeks).
This short hosting allows caregivers time and space to secure resources for themselves to prevent their children entering fostercare. The goal of host homes is to strengthen vulnerable families in our community and offer the hope of Christ through hospitality and friendship.
Come learn more and meet our guests the Oberski family, who have been a Safe Families host home since 2016!
Dinner and childcare provided. Please RSVP to Mandy Ryniker by February 18th.

  5. Candlelight Christmas Eve Service at 5:00 PM

    Community Updates

Start or Begin A Tradition – Mark Your Calendar

Come as you are: dressed for photos or bring your kids in pajamas. Begin or continue a tradition with Hope at the Christmas Eve Candlelight Service at 5:00 PM. Bring your family and friends to sing the carols and hear the story once again of when Hope came as a human and lived among us.

Then stand in the darkness as the first candle is lit and see it slowly spread across the room, candle to candle. Until at last, enveloped in the glow, we remember when The Light came into the world and pierced the darkness.

  6. Christmas Songs & Carols Sing-A-Long on the Lawn

Can’t Promise Snow – Bring Some Friends

Christmas Songs & Carols Sing-A-Long on the Lawn
Saturday, December 18th at 6:00 PM

Hopite John Konakci was inspired by ATX’s Holiday Sing-Along at the Capitol and wanted to do an outdoor Christmas Songs and Carols Sing-A-Long night at Hope Chapel on Saturday, December 18th from 6-7:00 PM.

Our neighbors have gotten familiar with us being out on the lawn in the last year and won’t be surprised to see us outdoors again. And we’re inviting them to join us. Who will you bring? Come with a friend, a co-worker, or some family to join other Hopites, and hopefully, some Brentwood and Crestview neighbors to the sing-along.
