The Bible Study Fellowship (BSF) Young Adult class meets every Monday evening starting Sept. 13th to hear a teaching and discuss a portion of Scripture. If you are between the ages of 18-35, you are invited to join us! Please just come or reach out to Suzi Raines if you have any questions!

  2. FAM Fall Book Study

This fall, FAM (Hope’s Foster Adoptive Ministry) will be leading a book group during Family Night.

We will be reading Until Every Child is Home by Todd Chipman.

Joining this study is far from a commitment to taking kiddos into your home. This book explores why the church should care about orphan ministry. Todd Chipman discusses how foster care and adoption align with bringing the Gospel to a broken world. He explains the multiple support roles it takes for foster and adoptive parents to succeed and outlines how the church can step up into these roles.

Whether you are interested in foster care and adoption personally or are wondering why on earth people at Hope Chapel currently pursue it – come join us 🙂

Family Night starts Sept 8, running Wednesday nights 6-7:30pm throughout the Fall.

     Cornerstone

My hope is built on nothing less
    Than Jesus’ blood and righteousness
I dare not trust the sweetest frame
But wholly trust in Jesus’ Name

    Chorus:Christ alone, Cornerstone
Weak made strong in the Savior’s love
Through the storm He is Lord, Lord of all

When darkness seems to hide His face
I rest on His unchanging grace
In every high and stormy gale
My anchor holds within the veil

Interlude: He is Lord Lord of all

When He shall come with trumpet sound
Oh, may I then in Him be found
    Dressed in His righteousness alone
    Faultless stand before the throne

    Build My Life

Worthy of ev’ry song we could ever sing
Worthy of all the praise we could ever bring
Worthy of ev’ry breath we could ever breathe, We live for You

Jesus the name above ev’ry other name
Jesus the only one who could ever save
Worthy of ev’ry breath we could ever breathe
We live for You, We live for You

Chorus: Holy, there is no one like You
    There is none beside You
Open up my eyes in wonder, and show me who You are
And fill me with Your heart
And lead me in Your love to those around me

Bridge: I will build my life upon Your love
    It is a firm foundation
I will put my trust in You alone
And I will not be shaken

    Goodness of God

I love You Lord, Oh, Your mercy never fails me
All my days I’ve been held in Your hands
From the moment that I wake up until I lay my head I will sing of the goodness of God

Chorus: All my life You have been faithful
All my life You have been so, so good
With every breath that I am able
I will sing of the goodness of God

I love Your voice, You have led me through the fire
In darkest night You are close like no other
I’ve known You as a father, I’ve known You as a friend, I have lived in the goodness of God

Bridge: Your goodness is running after, It’s running after me
Your goodness is running after, It’s running after me
With my life laid down, I’m surrendered now
    I give You everything
Your goodness is running after, It’s running after me

You Are My All in All

You are my strength when I am weak; You are the treasure that I seek
You are my all in all
Seeking You as a precious jewel
Lord, to give up I’d be a fool
You are my all in all

Chorus: Jesus, Lamb of God, Worthy is Your name (2X)

Taking my sin, my cross, my shame; Rising again I praise Your name
You are my all in all
When I fall down You pick me up
When I am dry You fill my cup
You are my all in all

    All Glory

Holy holy You are God Almighty
And You reign victorious over all the earth
Holy holy You are God Almighty
Yes You reign victorious over all the earth

Chorus: Let Your Kingdom come, let Your will be done
Here on Earth as it is in Heaven
And to Your renown hear our hearts cry out
    Singing, “Holy is the Lord!”

God of glory, see Your victory story
In the lives of those who gather at the cross
Rock of ages, be adorned with praises
As Your people raise their voice in thanks and love

Bridge: All glory, all honor, all wisdom, strength, and power
All glory, all honor are Yours alone, forever
