  1. Brentwood Elementary Used Book Sale Saturday, March 26th

    Used Book Sale to benefit Brentwood Elementary Library

    Saturday, March 26th, 9:00 AM-2:00 PM in the Family Room 

    We are delighted to host this annual fundraising event presented by Brentwood Elementary School. Gently used children’s books will be available for purchase for as little as 25¢. Stop by and pick up some great used books and support our friends at Brentwood Elementary!

  2. Marriage and Parenting Conversation June 4

    Dear Hope Parents,

    You are invited to join Hala and friends for an encouraging conversation about blessing your children, strengthening your marriage and refreshing your parenting tools. We’ll meet at 10 on Saturday, June 4. I’ll provide a light breakfast. This class is part of the preparation for our Parent & Child Dedication service on June 12, but you do not have to have a new baby or participate in the dedication service in order to attend this class.

  3. WOH Retreat 2022 April 29 – May 1st

    ROOTED: Revealing our Restoration Through Redemption

    Jeremiah 17:8 NLT “They are like trees planted along a riverbank, with roots that reach deep into the water. Such trees are not bothered by the heat or worried by long months of drought. Their leaves stay green, and they never stop producing fruit.”

    WOH Retreat 2022 is now open. Cost is $200 for triple occupancy, $280 for double occupancy, and $90 for Saturday only. Deadline to register is April 10th. Overnight guests save $10 by registering before March 13, 2022. Use code EARLYBIRD.

  4. Sabina: Tortured for Christ, the Nazi Years (March 4)

    Join us for an amazing story of courage in obedience to God during a horrific time in history. This couple, Sabina and her husband Richard Wurmbrand, were tortured and imprisoned for declaring their faith in Jesus and leading others to do the same. They left Romania in the early 1960s and eventually relocated to the US and co-founded  The Voice of the Martyrs.

    Hope Chapel will provide childcare due to the content and images in the film. Childcare registration closes Feb 25.

  5. Film “Sabina: Tortured for Christ, the Nazi Years” Friday, March 4th

    Friday, March 4th, 6–8:00 PM at Hope Chapel

    The heart of the Gospel is forgiveness…

    In this 2021 film, discover the amazing true story of Sabina Wurmbrand, a complex woman who discovers a love that fulfills, a love that endures, and a love that forgives. Set in the crucible of war-torn World War II Romania, the true story of Richard and Sabina Wurmbrand (founders of Voice of the Martyrs ministry) is a topsy-turvy adventure through romance, faith and sacrifice. Sabina is the prequel to the 2018 award-winning feature film, Tortured for Christ.

    Admission is free. Film is rated PG13 for thematic content, some disturbing images and violence. With this in mind we are offering childcare for those families who have children under age or not mature enough for this movie.  Cost for childcare is $15 per family. The deadline for childcare and payment is Friday, February 25th. Register for childcare HERE.
