Hope Blog

What's new at Hope.

  1. Books and Breakfast Kids’ Program

A weekly opportunity for moms to gather and kids to be cared for at Hope Chapel. While moms study the Bible, kids get to do that also!

  2. Men’s Meeting

There are two time slots to choose from: 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM.

All the men are invited! There’s much to do and discuss (such as coming up with a cooler name for this than Men’s Meeting?). We’ll also set future dates, activities, and priorities – Jesus, the Word, praying, ministering – and enjoy authentic fellowship!

  3. HopeArts Gallery Opening

Gallery reception event for current, themed art-show in the Hope Chapel Sanctuary Gallery, from 6:30 – 9:00 P.M. Event includes catering and performance by different artists. No childcare provided. See blog on Realm, Hope.Org, and Hopearts.org for Gallery Statement and Artist(s) information.

  4. Seek God for the City Begins

40 days of prayer for the City from Ash Wednesday to Palm Sunday, March 6-April 14

Prayer Guides are available in the Hope Chapel foyer and coffee shop area (suggested donation $1) — or download the app (only .99¢) which contains all the material of the printed booklet — and lots of extras! Available for Apple, Android and Kindle Fire phones and tablets. For more information visit the Waymakers website.

Prayers that anchor your hope in God.

Seek God for the City is designed to mobilize many to pray with united, sustained vision for people of your community. The daily prayers are all new and different from last year’s prayer guide. The scriptures and topics help God’s people pray with passionate, full-hearted hope. This timely guide helps us pray beyond ourselves with confidence and clarity.
