  1. Fall Books & Breakfast

a 9-week study by Jen Wilkin

    Dates: Thursdays, September 20th-November 15th
    Time: 9:30-11:30am
Questions: Email Aubrey Johnson or Bethany McCants
What does it mean to be a citizen of the kingdom of Heaven? Matthew’s gospel opens with three chapters containing Jesus’ longest recorded message – a sermon given to His disciples early in His ministry to articulate what the life of a Christ-follower would look like. It was a message intended to turn upside down every expectation His closest followers might have.
In His sweeping depiction of kingdom citizenship, Jesus utters some of the most familiar passages in all of Scripture. Most of us have only encountered the Sermon on the Mount in fragments, considering its subdivisions as complete teachings in their own right – a study on blessedness, a reflection on the Lord’s Prayer, a meditation on lilies of the field. But what if we navigated these three chapters as they were originally heard: as one cohesive, well-ordered message, intended to challenge us to think differently about repentance, salvation, and sanctification?
Join us for food and fellowship as we study this passage together.

  2. Women’s Sister Song Worship Night

We invite the Women of Hope to join us for a special evening of worship through music, dance, and prayer. Let’s impart encouragement to one another as we worship our creator.

During this special time together we will focus prayer on:

    • Women of Hope
    • Women of Austin, of our nation, & around the world
    • Men attending the Men’s Retreat

Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, with thankfulness in your hearts to God.”

    Colossians 3:16 ESV

  5. Women’s Spring Books & Breakfast

    No Other Gods
Often, idols are obvious—money, power, fame. But subtler idols can sometimes take the form of sweet loved ones, “instagramable” interiors, and busy seasons of ministry. In this 9 week study, learn to identify the functional gods you are serving daily and the lies they tell. Only when you learn to dethrone modern-day idols can you pursue a deeper, more meaningful relationship with Jesus.

  6. Women’s Summer Books & Breakfast

Many of us long to experience more of God in our daily lives. Yet we’re too distracted by a busy schedule, our own anxious thoughts, and even social media to hear His voice. We can’t slow down long enough to receive what God wants to give us. Betsy de Cruz has learned that opening small windows to invite God in can make a big difference in our day.
Join us this summer as Betsy leads us through her book:
More of God: A Distracted Woman’s Guide to More Meaningful Quiet Times.

    Study starts Thursday, June 6th

Childcare is also available until full
