What's new at Hope.

  1. Childcare Worker Training

Join us for dinner and training as we prepare for the new semester of HopeKids programs. We’ll meet at 6pm in the family room, eat together and strengthen our skills in caring for our kids.

This training is mandatory for our paid childcare workers. Any HopeKids volunteers who also want to attend are welcome.

Contact Joelene to sign up. Childcare is not provided for this event.

  2. The Men/Young Men We Need – Men’s Book Study

This study is for men of all ages from 13 to however old you may be. We’ll meet on Sunday mornings from 8:30 to 9:30. (It is worth the early start!) The author states that it’s for every kind of man, and identifies himself as an “avid indoorsman” – so, whether you’re a really fit huntin’, fishin’ weight-liftin’, tattooed man or a bookish, puppet owning, president of the state librarian’s society – this study will help us all to realize and fulfill our God-given calling.

Please sign up on Realm using this link.

BONUS! The first 14 men and the first 14 young men who sign up will receive a free copy of the book (so, that means I have 28 books to give out for this class!)

  3. Kids Worship Practice

Join Anne Tibbetts and Hala Tompkins for lunch and a practice session following the Sunday service. We’ll be done by 130.

    Email hala to rsvp.

  4. Heart 2 Heart Women of Hope

Ladies Come Hang Out! We are bringing our H2H (heart 2 heart) back! Come hang out and get to know each other more on Wednesday, February 5th from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at Central Market North Lamar. We will try and reserve some tables upstairs in the cafe.

Contact Renee Sink or Joelene Michel with questions.
