What's new at Hope.

  1. Hope Newcomers Lunch

Are you new to Hope Chapel?

We want to welcome you and get to know you better! Join us for our monthly Newcomers Lunch. We’ll be in the Den (large room upstairs) as soon as we can manage after the service ends for about an hour.

Please text the word Lunch to 512.645.1980 to let us know to expect you. Looking forward to seeing you there!

  2. Family Night

FAMILY NIGHT – YOUR FAMILY WITHIN HOPE’S FAMILY

Looking for connection, friends and family? For people who miss you when you’re not there? For someone to follow God with?

Family Night makes a space for adult Hopites in small groups to meet weekly while providing a meal, and if you have kids, a fun & biblical kids’ program. The Junior High also meet. So this allows younger Hopites from 0-junior high to participate in great programs while their parents connect with friends.

    MEAL

The catered meal is from 5:30-6:15 PM which gives us 15 minutes to clean up before our gatherings at 6:30 PM.

CURIOUS AND NEED MORE INFORMATION ABOUT HOPE GROUPS?

Contact Matt Ryniker, Associate Pastor, to help you find a small group to walk through life with other believers in Jesus. Some groups meet in homes rather than at Hope’s Family Night.

  3. Hope 101

A Invitation from Geno & PJ Hildebrandt to Dinner

New to Hope? Connect with “Who We Are” at Dinner for You on Friday, September 20th

PJ, and Geno Hildebrandt, Hope’s Senior Pastor, extend an invitation to all those who are relatively new to Hope Chapel to join them on Friday, September 20th from 6:30~8:45 PM for a meal, some great fellowship, and a conversation about in’s and out’s of all things Hope Chapel. They’ll close up shop no later than 9:00 p.m. so that you don’t witness the grumpy side of the senior pastor.

    WHAT IS HOPE 101?

Hope 101 is our introductory gathering and includes a brief overview of Hope’s values, vision, history and beliefs. There’s time to share our personal journeys over a delicious meal and answer any question you might wish to raise.

DINNER RSVPs BY SEPTEMBER 16TH (CHILDCARE RSVPs BY THE 12TH)

If you plan to attend, please RSVP to Geno personally no later than Monday, September 15th. We do not provide child care on site, so if you need help with child care, please contact Geno no later than Thursday, September 12th.

  4. HopeArts Gallery Opening: “Prayer Collective”

Thursday, September 26th, from 7:00-9:00 pm, in the Hope Chapel Sanctuary (no childcare provided). This catered gallery reception hosts the work of artist Donnie Boyd, of Prayer Collective Ministries. Boyd’s photographic work (which focuses entirely on the homeless and disenfranchised of Georgetown) is married to the effort of living out the hope of the Gospel message, and in so doing,  demonstrates the call to rise up and make the sacrifice required to meet the spiritual and practical needs of those within the community. The reception alone will feature an immersive installation component, and musical performance, along with a brief Q&A session with the artist. Contact Kevin Daniel with questions via email: kevinj.daniel@gmail.com

  5. Kathy Keepers Memorial Service

Our dear sister Kathy Keepers will be memorialized on Saturday morning, September 28 at 11:00 a.m. at Hope Chapel.  There will be a reception following with a light lunch provided.

If you are a Hopite and would like to help with food for the reception, please RSVP on the Realm event here.
