John Michael and Diane Wall will be teaching/mentoring several folks in how to follow the Holy Spirit when ministering to people.
Join our MOPS mamas on Hope’s playground for a couple of hours of fun and conversation.
Please join us on Saturday evenings beginning at 6:00 pm for a meal and a Jesus Story and table conversation. Dinner Church is what we are calling this opportunity to meet people and make new friends. Each Saturday a delicious meal will be prepared fresh and served hot to all. During the meal a brief story about Jesus will be told and then people will be invited to discuss what they found interesting about the story. All points of view are welcome. No need to RSVP. Come check it out!
In conjunction with several other initiatives of prayer and worship from Passover to Pentecost, 2021, WayMakers has published a praise guide named Ten Days of Praise.
Ascension to Pentecost
May 13-22, 2021
For many, these ten days of worship and praise lead the way to March for Jesus celebrations on May 22, with the theme, “Worthy is the Lamb.” The prayers and praise expressions are embedded in a rich, but simple description of the ascension of Christ as King to fulfill all that God has purposed for all nations.
Written by Steve Hawthorne, this praise guide is included in Seek God for the City 2021. But this praise guide is also being made available, at no cost, in a pdf format, making it easy to use on any device. Download the document, and let the praise begin!
Due to forecast of rain – there will be no outdoor worship today.
Please join us next week!
The governing board will host a session of listening and prayer regarding masking and other COVID-related policies.
This is an opportunity for folks to offer an opinion or ask a question of the board. NOTE: this is an in-person only gathering. There will be no livestream due to the difficulties of trying to capture the nature of such a gathering.
Child care for children through the 5th grade will be made available to those who RSVP through the Hope Chapel office. Please email Debbie Bjork no later than Monday, May 24th at noon, to secure a spot for your child.
Child care will run until 8:00 pm, if needed.
