What's new at Hope.

  1. Sunday Morning Livestream at 10AM

Our Sunday livestream is our primary way to worship during the Covid-19 social distancing while we’re out of the building. We see the people of Hope Chapel as the “church” not our building that houses us when we meet. So come be a part of our church.

Check out hope.org for more events happening on Zoom and WebEx weekly also.

  2. Tuesday Bible Chat

TUESDAY BIBLE CHAT @ 6:30 PM
Geno Hildebrandt, Hope’s Senior Pastor, has begun a series of weekly Zoom Bible Chat meetings. Each week, he’ll take up a topic and ask the question, “What does the Bible say about that?”

Geno will start by offering his own reflections on the matter and then throw the conversation open to all those who have gathered. While there will be some teaching involved, Geno’s desire is for our community to serve one another with wisdom and insight through this process as we listen well to each other.

  3. Gifts Night – from Your House to Ours – Let’s Showcase Some Talent!

    PLAY TO A CAPTIVE AUDIENCE
Literally! We don’t have anywhere to go and are slightly stir crazy. So entertain us and don’t feel nervous, we’ll have a very low bar by Friday the 24th.

A LESS STRESSED, MORE BLESSED NIGHT!
It is you, Hope Chapel, sharing your talents with, well, Hope Chapel.

WHAT GIFTS CAN I SHARE? IT’S LIGHT NIGHT!
Poetry, stand-up, a song, a comedy skit, and LOTS of silliness! It’s license to do something crazy, fun, and outrageous or to showcase a hidden talent that you have that your friends like!

At a Gifts’ Night, we don’t care where you stole it from, will only give you about 5 minutes, and aren’t looking for perfection – just your contribution! And this Gifts Night, we’re encouraging lots of silly acts, light-heartedness,  upbeat or silly songs, and fun!

WHO CAN SIGN UP? AND WHEN?
    • Households (including single member household acts).
    • Kids if you have ’em.

So start thinking! And set the date aside to continue an old Hope tradition. Sign ups begin Monday, April 13th.

DOES IT FIT? RUN IT BY THE CURATOR BEFORE YOU SIGN UP
