What's new at Hope.
We will not meet during Spring Break. We will continue with regular “Walmarting” on Saturday nights starting Saturday, March 28th.
Want to come prayer walk Walmart with us? We pray as we walk around the store. If we feel led, we encourage and pray with fellow shoppers. It is great fun and very faith building. Meet at the Lighthouse Saturdays at 8:15PM. Contact Matt Ryniker for details.
You can still join in the daily prayers with believers around the world during 40 Days to Palm Sunday. As our own Steve Hawthorne says, “Our hope for you is that you will pray boldly, simply and persistently for God to fulfill all that He has promised.” Get the app for your phone here since the booklets are sold out.
Today the Muslim world is in the midst of the greatest conflict it has ever experienced. Within the last ten years significant numbers of Muslims have been reached for Jesus Christ. International news continually highlights the latest wars within the Muslim world but the spiritual battle within the religion itself is the ultimate battle.
The seminar is on Saturday, April 18th at 9:00 a.m.-noon followed by lunch and an afternoon outreach until 3:00 p.m. with Tom Doyle. RSVP details will come later.

You don’t have to travel to the Middle East to share Jesus with a Muslim. 4-7 million Muslims are estimated to live in America currently. Some are U.S. born citizens; others have come to the U.S. to experience peace and to seek a better life. Because of God’s sovereign love for these dear souls you may be blessed to have an individual or a family live near you who is a Muslim immigrant or a refugee. Our patient Lord whose will it is that no one should perish may be giving you the amazing opportunity to help them know what it means to have eternal life and peace with God through Jesus Christ.
Our Speaker:
Tom Doyle has been involved in Middle East Ministry for 18 years and is the author of the popular books Dreams and Visions – Is Jesus Awakening the Muslim World? and Breakthrough – the Return of Hope the Middle East.
Tom graduated from Biola College in 1979 and Dallas Theological Seminary in 1983. After pastoring churches in Colorado, Texas, and New Mexico for 20 years, he became the Middle East director for e3 Partners/I Am Second, a global church-planting ministry.
Our Maundy Thursday service is on April 2nd at 7:00 p.m. and is a joint service with our brothers and sisters at Christ Church.
Maundy Thursday will be a foot washing service; we will celebrate communion and hear a short message. This service commemorates the meal Jesus shared with His disciples the night before His crucifixion.
Child care will be provided for Kindergarten age and under. The deadline to RSVP for child care is midnight on Monday, March 23rd. RSVP online.
