School of Ministry

Hope Chapel’s School of Ministry will feature two classes this fall.

School of the Holy Spirit
Who is the Holy Spirit?
How does the Holy Spirit relate to the other members of the Trinity?
What are the gifts of the Holy Spirit and how do they work?
What is the fruit of the Holy Spirit?

Come explore and learn more about the Holy Spirit on Tuesdays from 7-9:00 PM starting Tuesday, September 18th. This two-semester class includes teaching and worship/ministry time.

How to Read and Interpret the Bible
Ever wondered after a plain reading of a Bible text where to go next in understanding it more deeply?

How do you look for the writer’s intentions or the theological themes or the cultural context?

Join Geno Hildebrandt in a semester long course answering these questions on Tuesdays at 7:00PM. Spend the first half of the semester learning the rules for sound Bible interpretation and the second half of the semester understanding how to teach the Bible in a small group setting. The principles learned are also useful for teaching in a classroom or an auditorium. The class goal is to prepare leaders for small group ministry and house church leadership.
